"Graceful Exits: Strong Returns in a Downturn"

After two years of recession, it seems that bad news keeps coming like swells at the Wedge.  With no fanfare and little media coverage, several OC entrepreneurs have built valuable companies and engineered exits that brought enormous rewards to their teams and drove strong returns to their investors.

Meet them here to learn how they rode out the storm and delivered the goods.

Panelists include:
Stuart Frost, Founder & CEO of DATAllegro, acquired by Microsoft
Michael Hajeck, Founder & CEO of SiliconSystems, acquired by Western Digital
Doug Lawson, Founder & CEO of Incuity Software, acquired by Rockwell
Mitch Hill, CFO of Visiogen, Inc. acquisition pending by Abbott Medical Optics
